Vacation, Snow Day Make Up & Rehearsals

NO CLASS Friday – Sunday this week!  When we return on Monday 4/25, it will be the beginning of our 3-week mandatory attendance period prior to recital. Please check your calendars AGAIN, and talk to your teachers immediately if you have a conflict. Thank you!

SNOW DAY MAKE UPS
We’ve scheduled our snow make up days, and they are as follows:

Ballet 1 – Wed 4/27 5:30 – 6:30 pm
Tap 1/2 – Wed 4/27 6:30 – 7:30 pm
Tap 1/3 – Wed 4/27 5:30 – 6:30 pm
Tap 3/5 – Wed 4/27 5:30 – 6:30 pm
Jazz 1/2 – Tue 5/3 6:00 – 7:00 pm
Jazz 3/5 – Tue 5/3 5:00 – 6:00 pm

Your current attendance record will be on the bulletin board this week if you need to check how many classes you have to make up. Remember, students who had perfect attendnace in the fall semester are eligible for a Perfect Attendance award at the recital if they maintain their attendance in the spring!

In addition, the following rehearsals are open to all students that need to make up a class. If you cannot make the above scheduled make up times, you may also use these rehearsals as a make up for your snow day(s). Please choose an appropriate rehearsal for the pieces you are in. See your teacher or Miss Sarah if you are unsure of what Act you are in.

Wednesday, 4/20
5:30 ACT 1 RUN – Lumiere rehearsal
6:30 ACT 2 RUN – Crunch rehearsal

Wednesday, 4/27
5:30 – ACT 2 RUN – Lumiere
6:30 – ACT 1 RUN – Crunch

Wednesday, 5/4
5:30 – 7:30 – FULL RUN (Studio Companies mandatory, open to students making up)

Wednesday, 5/11
5:30 – 7:30 pm – FULL RUN (Studio Companies mandatory, open to students making up)

Just 45 days until our big performance, and we are really gearing up with run-thru’s, costume change practices, hairstyle experiments and practicing our curtseys and bows! Keep up the great work – everyone is so excited for the big day!
